Tiger Bay Training is Cardiff Bay's premier RYA Sailing, Powerboat and Shorebased Centre.
Founded in May 2001 and run by Alan and Julie Elworthy, Tiger Bay Training has developed an enviable reputation for excellence over the last ten years.
We are based at Cardiff Marine Village, giving us unrivalled training facilities and access to the waters of Cardiff Bay and beyond.
Tiger Bay Training runs performance powerboating and yachting courses and events all year round, from introductory half days for beginners right through to Advanced Powerboat and Yachtmaster courses and examinations.
TBT is also home to Tiger Bay RIB Adventures, the focal-point for RIB-based fun and adventure in South Wales. We can get your group driving one of our high performance powerboats from only £42 per person, take a look at our half day RIB Adventure for details.
